Whilst at the Conservative Party conference Michael met a range of charities, businesses and individuals to discuss a range of subjects.
He led some round table discussions about International Aid, and participated in various fringe events, including one with Tearfund about reducing marine plastics. He supported Wimborne in their bid to the win the Great British High Street competition, and discussed Religious Education with teachers. He discussed investment and jobs in Dorset with Wessex Water Cobham.
He also met the Charities Aid Foundation, Guide Dogs, the Alzheimer's Society, the Children's Society, Parkinsons UK, City Year UK and Arthritis Research UK.
