Michael had a recent meeting with a representative from Leonard Cheshire. They are working towards making workplaces fairer and more inclusive for disabled people and enabling individuals to realise their aspirations and live independently.
As a disability confident employer, Michael was keen to chat through their campaign.
Michael said "One of my staff in my office has a disability, and I have seen first hand how workplaces may need to adapt to ensure fairness and accessibility for everyone".
