Michael visited Wareham sorting office, to chat to the manager Steve and thank his team for their hard work in the busy period before Christmas. Michael and Steve discussed the recruitment of postal workers, and compared notes on the challenges of delivering leaflets and letters to the more rural part so of Dorset!
The postal service has seen a reduction in the number of letters sent this Christmas, but a significant increase in the number of parcels being sent, as more people shop online.
