Michael went to visit Candlelight Care who provide carers for people across Dorset.
He heard about the job opportunities that are available working in the care sector, and some of the challenges facing the care sector as whole, including possible barriers to recruitment.
Michael said "Being a carer for someone in their own home is such an important job, and has great opportunities for career progression. I hope to visit some of Candlelight Care's clients later in the year and hear more about the great work they are doing"
