Michael was invited to meet Poole Men's Shed at the Limelights Youth Centre on Canforh Heath. Michael chatted to the members about the opportunities the group offers, particularly to retired and single people to help mitigate loneliness and isolation.
The group has huge skills and technical expertise between them, and do work for both for charity and for the local community. It is a place to share experience and skills and also learn new skills - and work on projects together. They also organise social events for members.
