Michael spent an uncomfortable night sleeping outside with only cardboard to protect him from the elements. It was to raise money for the Poole charity Routes to Roots, and was with the church youth group in Lytchett Minster.
This was the 7th year that Michael has slept out with the youth group, and the weather was the wettest it has ever been. Michael said "Last year I sat on the Homelessness Reduction Bill committee, which aims to reduce homelessness across the country. This was only one night of discomfort for me, but for too many people it is a regular occurrence. Routes to Roots does brilliant work helping the local community in Poole".
