Michael was delighted to be able to congratulate Alison Bennet of the Bere Regis Pop in Place. Alison was awarded the British Empire Medal for her work in the local community.
Michael said " I nominated Alison for the Prime Minister's Point of Light award a few years ago, and I'm really pleased that her volunteer work has again been recognised by this recent award."
